Week 5 - Masculine Themes

Assignment - You've made paper, you've made fiber, you've made alphabet tiles - now go make a layout. Have fun, kids!

The Blue set was made mainly as per the lesson. Made three different backgrounds, so used two of them as mats, used the plaid as a torn corner, the check as the vellum, and the stripe as the banner. The tiles were made per the lesson, just playing with the bevel and sculpture settings on the mettalic letters. The fiber is the chenille brush preset, modified, and applied to a vector line using last week's Vector Paint script.
The Brown set background, stripe, check, and plaid was made per the lesson, as was the fiber (colorized to match). The letter tiles are rounded rectangles, inner beveled, with gold rounded metallic letters. The checked vellum was masked, then used the effects/distortion/wave.

NOTE: I've actually got about a dozen backgrounds with as many stripes, plaids, checks, and fibers to match, and four different alphabet tile sets started. Was really fun and addictive playing this week.
