Assignment

  1. Make a texture to fit your re-mapped sphere, Load it into UV-mapper and do a screenshot that you post.
  2. Go through the rest of the primitives under the "File", "Create new" menues. All 3D models are built up of primitives, one way or another. By noticing how they are mapped when you create them via UV Mapper, you will more easily be able to divide 3D models and map them professionally.
  3. Have fun! :)

   

Original texture and final image extracted from the screenshot.  I am using the demo version.  Below is the image put into a terragen image as a "moon".  I am going to try to use the final product each week in some kind of a "meaningful" image.  If this is too much to view, let me know.
